Prior to your adventure please download and fill out the waiver form attached below by clicking on the PDF preview. If you are able to you may print the waiver and bring it with you when you meet for your adventure. You can also email the completed form to contact@reika.fo. The form must be completed in its entirety. If you are unable to complete the form prior to your booked time we will have extra forms available. If all the forms are completed upon arrival we can get your adventure started that much quicker.
